Should you have any questions regarding your artwork and getting it to us, please do not hesitate to call your product specialist for further information on how we can help you.
Acceptable artwork formats:
- Illustrator – CS2 or earlier
- Corel Draw – 12 or earlier
- EPS
Note: For vector formats (Illustrator/AI, EPS, Corel Draw): convert all fonts to curves/outlines and ensure any placed images are embedded in your file.
Please no Word, Powerpoint, Excel or Gif formats.
Should you be having trouble locating a print-quality file of your logo/artwork, consider asking the company that printed your business cards, stationery, signage or other promotional materials. They would likely have a suitable file they could send you.
Methods for sending art files:

Notes
Location or layout for the front of your binder product must be specified or we will use our best judgement as to placement. A proof will be faxed or emailed to you for signed approval. Any artwork that needs preparation or if a die is required, you will be charged accordingly.
Die charges if required are based on the area of artwork to be stamped. Your sales representative will advise of the charge on review of your artwork.
