Adobe Illustrator 10 or previous
EPS
Corel Draw 10 or previous
Adobe Photoshop (PSD)
TIFF
BMP

***** for vector formats (Illustrator/AI, EPS, Corel Draw): convert all fonts to curves/outlines and ensure any placed images are embedded in your file.

***** for raster formats (TIFF, PSD, BMP): a resolution of 300 - 600 is recommended.

Should you be having trouble locating a print-quality file of your logo/artwork, consider asking the company that printed your business cards, stationery, signage or other promotional materials. They would likely have a suitable file they could send you.
