Vancouver Bookbinding  Ltd. was established in 1948.  In 1996 we began operating under Ringbinder.com and Menu By Design to better reflect to our business community what we do best.  For over 56 years we have enjoyed the loyalty of clients who have come to appreciate our personal and practical approach to business presentation products.  We provide solutions for custom presentation products and information packaging including ringbinders, custom packaging and menu covers.

With the skills of all our staff  in production, sales and administration, some with over 20 years with the company, we work together to provide outstanding service and products to small and medium size firms, as well as national and international companies. From our 16,000 square-foot factory in Vancouver, British Columbia  we ship our products throughout Canada and the United States and also worldwide.

                                                Terms and Condtions

General production time is 10-15 business days from receipt of approved artwork unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right, as a custom manufacturer, to ship up to 5% over or under on all orders. Customers will be charged for the quantity produced. All goods are FOB our factory. Freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All orders must be placed with a purchase order or contact name and a  signed acknowledgment  approving the final quote and job specifications.

Payment for first time orders may be required, in full,  prior to commencement of production  Repeat orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion prior to shipping. Payment may be made by cash, company check , Visa or Mastercard. All credit card payments will require written authorization with the cardholders' signature.
